- 5 years restaurant experience
- 1 year management/supervisory experience
- Manager Serve Safe Certification

- Ensures that room service line and caf? are set and ready for production.
- Must be able to supervise and lead by example.
- Must be able to do multiple tasks.
- Dietary training
- Must be able to work 8-hour shifts, standing, lifting, walking, stooping and bending.
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs. during shift.
- Must be able to make accurate decisions clearly and quickly in a busy environment.
- Must be able to communicate well with customers and cope with their problems and demands in a positive manner.
