What You Bring
Education
- Master’s degree in a business, healthcare, or quantitative field preferred
- 2 years of healthcare data analysis experience preferred
- 1 year of management experience preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Think Cell
Enterprise Strategic Planning and Execution
- Lead and support development of the system’s 5 year strategic plan and annual operating plan
- Define metrics, track performance, and support executive level communication
- Drive prioritization, coordination, and execution across the strategic services portfolio
- Lead development of integrated, system wide service line strategic playbooks
- Partner with clinical, operational, and finance leaders to align growth, access, capacity, and investment decisions
- Support service line leaders with market intelligence, feasibility analysis, and strategic recommendations
- Support business development planning, ambulatory growth, and partnership evaluation
- Synthesize market intelligence, competitive assessments, and forecasts into executive ready insights
- Support real estate and long range facilities planning with market and capacity analysis
- Provide day to day leadership and prioritization for Strategy Specialists
- Support team development and enable analysts to focus on modeling, research, and insights
- Manage departmental operations including budgeting, performance reviews, and coordination with HR and IT
- Foster a flexible, high performing team culture focused on impact and execution
- Oversee state annual reporting and accreditation related strategic support
- Develop clear, data driven presentations for executive leadership and board discussions
- Serve as a trusted advisor, supporting alignment and decision making in complex situations
- Strategic, analytical, and execution focused mindset
- Self directed with strong judgment and prioritization skills
- Confident communicator with executive presence
- Organized, adaptable, and comfortable working through ambiguity
