Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Facilities Department. Operations to include the Budgetary Planning, Preventative Maintenance Program, equipment/building repairs, energy plant, supply room and its inventory, compliance with all regulatory agencies and up keep/maintenance of all as built drawings/specifications. Maintains the Main Campus of SRHS, as well as Spartanburg Hospital for Restorative Care. Interacts as appropriate with Life Safety Surveyors and is responsible for maintaining ongoing Building Maintenance Programs (BMP's).

Education:
Associate Degree in related field
Experience:
5 years in a healthcare setting
Certifications:

- Certified Healthcare Safety Professional
- Certified Healthcare Facilities Manager
- MEP License
- Must be able to make decisions clearly and quickly.
