What You Will Do
- Assist in planning, designing, and implementing compensation programs
- Conduct job evaluations, review job descriptions, and determine salary grades and FLSA status
- Advise recruitment teams on candidate salary recommendations
- Participate in salary surveys and analyze market data
- Respond to compensation-related inquiries from internal and external customers
- Interpret federal and state regulations related to compensation
- Develop and deliver training and presentations on compensation programs
- Prepare business reports and metrics to support HR initiatives
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Experience:
- 1–3 years in human resources (compensation experience preferred)
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
