- Prepare breakfast menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Monitor food quality and freshness during service
- Prep ingredients for the following day's breakfast
- Maintain adequate supply of hot line products
- Keep cooking and prep areas clean and organized
- Assist with morning prep work for The Cellar
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and operations
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to work in extreme conditions and on potentially hazardous surfaces
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and move around the campus
- Work mostly indoors, with occasional outdoor catering events
- Must be able to work in hot and cold conditions
- Work on potentially hazardous surfaces and with chemical solutions
