Overview
The primary purpose of this full-time position is to plan, coordinate, deliver, and track a wide variety of programs, activities, and events for residents and Housing Choice Voucher holders of Spartanburg Housing and coordinate all youth and young adult programs and events.
Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
Associate's degree in social services or related field; and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in any of the following, office administration, affordable housing, social services, program development, volunteer coordination and/or event planning. Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with youth and young adults.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
- Assist Director of Resident Services and Community Engagement in identifying, recruiting, and maintaining partnerships with local social service agencies
- Provide administrative support to Director of Resident Services
- Plan, develop, promote, implement, track, and report the outcome of Resident Engagement programs, activities, and events
- Collaborate with Director to plan, design, and disseminate resident communications, calendars, flyers, invitations, and reminders
- Assist staff, partners, residents and voucher holders with engagement activities
- Act as liaison and point of contact for youth and young adult programming
- Coordinate all youth and young adult programs and events including Determined Mind afterschool program
