As an AT&T Representative, your role is to engage the community, provide expert guidance on wireless and fiber solutions, and command an onboarding process that builds unwavering trust and secures long-term satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Representative
- Launch targeted outreach campaigns across assigned zones to promote AT&T wireless, fiber, and bundled services using approved engagement protocols.
- Assess connectivity needs, usage habits, and budget preferences to qualify leads and recommend tiered AT&T service solutions.
- Build and deliver customized service proposals, managing the full acquisition cycle from initial contact to activation using AT&T's internal systems.
- Execute onboarding workflows with precision, ensuring documentation, provisioning, and delivery benchmarks align with AT&T service standards.
- Maintain CRM accuracy by tracking pipeline movement, service status, and engagement milestones to support campaign visibility and territory performance.
- Analyze territory data and share insights to refine outreach strategy, improve conversion rates, and support long-term client retention.
Minimum Qualifications of the AT&T Representative
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in business, marketing, or communications is preferred to support campaign fluency and service positioning.
- Experience in sales, structured outreach, or campaign support, ideally within telecom, retail, or subscription-based environments, focused on customer acquisition.
- Solution-oriented communicator, skilled in guiding service decisions and supporting AT&T enrollment goals across structured campaign workflows.
- Detail-driven and organized, capable of managing documentation, scheduling workflows, and activation benchmarks with precision and consistency.
- CRM proficient, able to interpret customer data to improve pipeline accuracy, territory tracking, and outreach performance.
