Now Hiring an Experienced Foundation Repair Technician
Spartan Wall Repair & Waterproofing is a growing foundation repair and waterproofing company serving homeowners throughout Central Ohio. We are seeking an Experienced Foundation Repair Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in basement waterproofing, foundation repair, crawlspace repair, structural wall repair, wall stabilization, drainage systems, and concrete repair.
However, we are also willing to hire and train the right person who has similar trade experience, a strong construction background, mechanical ability, and a proven work ethic. Candidates with experience in concrete, masonry, excavation, framing, drainage, demolition, or other physically demanding construction trades are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
- Install interior and exterior basement waterproofing systems
- Excavate foundations and install drainage systems
- Install sump pumps, discharge lines, vapor barriers, drainage matting, and French drain systems
- Perform structural foundation repairs using wall anchors, carbon-fiber reinforcement systems, steel I-beams, and wall-bracing systems
- Repair bowed, leaning, cracked, and deteriorated foundation walls
- Perform crawlspace encapsulation and structural repairs
- Replace or repair floor joists, beams, support posts, rim joists, and sill plates as needed
- Operate skid steers, mini excavators, demolition equipment, and construction tools safely
- Pour, finish, and restore concrete following foundation and waterproofing work
- Load, unload, and organize tools and materials
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Provide professional workmanship and customer service
- Perform other construction and crew duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous foundation repair, basement waterproofing, structural repair, or crawlspace experience preferred
- Candidates with a strong background in concrete, masonry, excavation, framing, drainage, demolition, or general construction will also be considered
- Concrete flatwork experience is a plus
- Strong mechanical ability and willingness to learn specialized repair systems
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow installation instructions
- Ability to safely operate construction tools and equipment
- Ability to lift 75 pounds repeatedly and perform physically demanding work
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work indoors, outdoors, in basements, and in crawlspaces
- Team-oriented attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
