Responsibilities
- Utilize warehouse management systems to accurately pick, pack, and process orders for shipment
- Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools to load, unload, and move materials safely
- Conduct quality control checks during order fulfillment to ensure accuracy and product integrity
- Handle materials with care during stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping to prevent damage
- Assist in shipping and receiving activities by verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by properly storing inventory on shelves or pallets
- Support warehouse distribution efforts by efficiently loading trucks and preparing shipments for delivery
Skills
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for inventory control
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift
- Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment operation and maintenance
- Experience with order picker tools, shipping & receiving procedures, and quality control standards
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and materials handling best practices
- Previous warehouse supervisor experience is a plus for leadership opportunities
