Primary Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities
- Assemble industrial equipment subcomponents using hand and power tools
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Use a tape measure accurately
- Inspect your work to ensure quality and performance
- Meet production goals within assigned timeframes
- Maintain a safe, organized workspace using 5S standards
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read blueprints
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Experience using basic tools, including: wrench, ratchet & socket, drill, impact, adjustable wrench, wire crimper
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and team-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of or previous experience working with small motors/engines
- Prior assembly or manufacturing experience
