Responsibilities Include:
- Changing locks
- Move-out walk through inspections
- Prioritizing budgets based on cost and value of repairs needed
- Section 8 repairs
- Diverse knowledge of (basic) home repairs such as
- Cleanup and trash removal
- Interior paint and patching
- LVP repair/replacement
- Hanging and/or replacing doors and windows
- Basic carpentry (stairs, porches, fence repair)
- Additional field and administrative duties as assigned
- Functional knowledge of technology (phone apps, computers, softwares)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous property management or maintenance experience
- Good communication skills
- Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills
- Electrical and carpentry skills are a plus
Salary : $21 - $22
