- Strong attention to detail and operational workflow to effectively track and analyze the status within the packaging process.
- Ability to multi-task and utilize resources to execute tasks within a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to influence with credibility, analysis and judgment.
- Commitment to continuous process improvement initiatives and ability to solve problems creatively.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Must recognize and follow process and procedures while evaluating and improving.
- Quick thinking and able make sound judgment in resolving fulfillment issues.
- Self-starter who works well under limited direction. Ability to work independently with high degree of initiative and drive.
- Ensure compliance with customers’ needs for documentation.
- Knowledge of UPS, Fed Ex, and Common Carriers (LTL and TL) a plus.
- The organization and thoroughness to see projects from preparation through tear down.
- Must enjoy a high level of manual dexterity/hand-eye coordination
- Have possession of a current driver’s license
