Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Sales Associate to support our sales efforts while delivering an exceptional experience to both wholesale and retail customers. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth order processing, maintaining showroom standards, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding service to walk-in and phone customers, assisting with product inquiries and sales
- Receive, process, and enter customer orders accurately
- Track orders and shipments, resolving issues as needed
- Process customer and vendor returns efficiently
- Stay current on company products, promotions, and offerings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked showroom
- Assist with warehouse operations as needed
Requirements
- 1-3 years of customer service or sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently
- Strong follow-up and follow-through skills
- Basic computer proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in flooring distribution or a similar sales environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
