Job Summary
The Senior Sales Associate is a key member of the studio leadership team, responsible for driving membership sales, enhancing member retention, and supporting the overall success of the studio. The hourly rate or salary range for this position is broad to reflect the range of experience, skills, and certifications candidates may bring. Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and location, consistent with applicable state pay transparency laws.
Sales Associates earn 10% commission on any sales made.

Supervisory Responsibilities

- Execute all stages of the sales process including lead generation, follow-up, and closing new membership sales.
- Serve as a role model for the sales team by demonstrating strong performance, professionalism, and consistency in meeting or exceeding goals.
- Greet and engage all members and prospective members, ensuring a positive and professional experience in the studio.
- Conduct personalized studio tours to understand prospective members’ needs and present the most suitable membership options.
- Confidently present available membership packages, retail items, and training opportunities to both prospective and current members.
- Maintain a high level of sales production and uphold studio standards for lead response and conversion metrics.
- Engage with prospects during introductory classes, from booking through attendance follow-up, to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Support member retention efforts by fostering strong relationships and ensuring members feel valued and connected.
- Book and confirm quality appointments through phone calls, text messages, and emails to achieve monthly sales quotas.
- Participate in special studio events (e.g., health fairs, grand openings, member appreciation days) to promote studio awareness.
- Assist in onboarding and developing new front desk and sales staff as directed by management.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and memberships within the CRM system (Club Ready experience preferred).
- Uphold the studio’s reputation for exceptional customer service, integrity, and professionalism.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail, service, or fitness sales preferred.
- Prior experience in a leadership, supervisory, or key-holder role strongly preferred.
- Interest or passion for fitness, wellness, and Pilates is a plus.
