Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders and provide timely, friendly, and accurate information.
- Answer customer questions and concerns, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge.
- Expedite deliveries to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with outside sales and fulfillment teams to precisely enter sales orders.
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, logistics, and warehouse) to ensure seamless operations.
- Strive for customer satisfaction, contributing to increased overall revenue.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in customer service.
