In this role, you will represent client brands in face-to-face interactions, engage with customers, and support the execution of marketing campaigns. This is a paid, hands-on opportunity designed to help you develop valuable skills in communication, customer engagement, and sales strategy within a structured, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers directly, providing excellent customer service and answering questions about products or services
• Communicate clearly with diverse audiences using strong verbal skills; utilize public speaking techniques when presenting products or ideas
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to support more effective marketing strategies.
• Maintain a professional, energetic, and customer-focused approach while meeting performance expectations.
• Contribute to lead generation by identifying and engaging prospective customers in-person customer engagement and outreach.

Compensation & Growth:

• Weekly pay $950-$1,100 performance-based incentives

Requirements

• 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse audiences
• Previous experience or interest in marketing, event marketing, or customer service is a plus but not required—training will be provided!
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Ability to work well within a team and adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting
• Enthusiastic attitude with a proactive approach to learning and growth
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to contribute to team success
