Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, energetic and friendly, Roof Inspector/Salesperson, to join our team. In this vital role, you will assess the condition of roofs on residential, commercial, and industrial buildings, ensuring quality, and compliance with industry standards. Your thorough understanding of assessing roof/siding damage and selling them, will support our commitment to excellence in our projects. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality roofing inspections while providing the customer with a detailed estimate of cost for the project. Percentage pay and bonuses are available to high performing sales.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of roofs-evaluate structural damage or deterioration.
- Document inspection findings clearly and accurately through detailed reports, photographs, and/or diagrams for client review
- Assess roofing materials such as metal, asphalt shingles, siding and gutters to determine their condition.
- Identify issues related to flashing, caulking, framing, masonry, or other structural components that may impact roof performance or safety.
- Provide customer with a friendly, accurate estimate and sell the jobs
- Must be able to get on roofs for inspections
Experience
- Prior Roof Sales and Roof Inspector is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of various materials including siding, gutters, shingles and other roofing materials

Pay: $24.21 - $29.15 per hour
