Duties:
- Oversee and manage construction activity at Assigned Project Site.
-Open site in morning, close and lock site after shift.
- Coordinate with and sequence subcontractors.
- Monitor and enforce quality control and safety standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans.
- Communicate with Management regularly on status of project
-Photograph progress and document progress through Daily Log in Company App.
- Communicate with Management for Interpretation questions for issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
-Maintain an Organized and Site Tidy
Requirements:
- Experience as a Assistant Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- Knowledge of reading construction plans
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety control standards
-Good work ethic, Positive attitude, interest in the industry.
