Remote Project Manager
Location: Remote (with travel to multiple facilities — primary location near Midland, MI)
Compensation: $90,000–$125,000 Bonus

Position Summary
We’re seeking a PMP-certified Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys leading complex projects from start to finish. This role offers remote flexibility but requires regular travel to company facilities — with the primary site being near Midland, MI. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, technically savvy, and confident managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong communication with both internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all phases of project management — planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and procurement teams to ensure project success.
Develop and manage detailed project timelines and deliverables.
Serve as the key liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee capital equipment and manufacturing-related project installations and commissioning.
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Provide consistent progress updates and KPI tracking to leadership.
Travel to various facility locations as needed (typically every other week), with the primary site near Midland, MI.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering degree preferred.
PMP certification required.
3 years’ experience in project management or planning within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency with project management tools and software (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience managing manufacturing or capital equipment projects highly preferred.
Willingness and ability to travel regularly.
