Location: Lansing, MI
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday | 1 weekend every 4 weeks on-call rotation
Salary: $62,000 - $72,000 5% yearly bonus

Role Summary

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a specialized living facility in Lansing, MI. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality care in a structured and supportive environment while making a meaningful impact on residents' lives.

This position requires travel to multiple facilities as needed, with mileage reimbursement and paid travel time included.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration and health monitoring

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team

• Support residents with daily living activities while ensuring their safety and well-being

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies

• Participate in weekend rotations and on-call duties as needed

• Travel between assigned facilities with reimbursement for mileage and paid hours during travel

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Michigan

• CPR and First Aid certification

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Willingness to travel between multiple locations as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in specialized living, long-term care, or assisted living settings

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
