Sparta Power Equipment helps people start and grow their own service businesses, including pressure washing, lawn care, and other blue-collar service industries.
We provide customers with turnkey equipment setups, training, and marketing support so they can launch their business quickly and successfully.
Over the last few years, we’ve helped hundreds of people start their own businesses, and demand continues to grow.
We are now looking for motivated sales professionals to help speak with incoming leads and guide them through the process of launching their business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Calling inbound leads who have requested information
- Following up with prospects who are interested in starting their own business
- Explaining our programs, equipment packages, and training
- Helping customers determine the right setup for their goals
- Closing sales over the phone
- Updating customer information in our CRM
- Following up with leads that have not yet made a decision
Leads are provided daily — your job is to follow up, build trust, and help customers move forward.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
- Is comfortable speaking on the phone daily
- Has strong communication and persuasion skills
- Is self-motivated and competitive
- Can handle objections and guide customers through decisions
- Is organized and able to track conversations with leads
- Has previous sales experience (preferred but not required)
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people while earning commission based on performance.
