Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools.
- Must provide or obtain a basic set of hand tools.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces for extended periods.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow technical instructions.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must pass FAA drug screening and background check.
- A&P License is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs inside aircraft fuel tanks.
- Conduct inspections for corrosion, leaks, and structural damage.
- Apply sealants and perform component replacement or repair as required.
- Use hand tools and aviation equipment safely and effectively.
- Follow detailed technical instructions, manuals, and safety protocols.
- Work in confined spaces while maintaining a high standard of quality and precision.
- Accurately document maintenance activities and communicate with team members.
