Position Summary – FHC- Clinic Supervisor FT
Sparta Community Hospital is seeking a Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse who is passionate about exceptional patient care to serve as Clinic Supervisor for Family Health Center.

The Clinic Supervisor at Family Health Center is tasked with supervising the clinical team and ensures the smooth and effective operation of the clinic to provide quality on-demand healthcare services to the community. The Clinic Supervisor fosters a positive work environment while adhering to healthcare regulations and introduces quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.
