Group Fitness Instructor

Job Overview

Join our dynamic health and fitness team as a Group Fitness Instructor, where you will energize and motivate members through engaging, high-quality group exercise classes.

We are a full service athletic campus, offering approximately 40 weekly group fitness classes to our members. At this time, we are hiring for Spin, Barre, Strength and Cardio instructors.

***Instructors MUST be certified for the class type they are applying for AND have valid CPR/AED certification.***

Duties

• Lead energetic group fitness classes across multiple formats.
• Design and adapt classes that cater to different skill levels, ensuring safety and effectiveness for all participants.
• Educate participants on proper exercise techniques.
• Promote a positive environment by motivating members and encouraging ongoing participation.
• Support management by introducing new class offerings and assisting with substituting for other classes as needed.
• Ensure adherence to club policies at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in group fitness instruction with certifications in relevant disciplines such as Spin, Barre, Strength/Cardio/Fitness.
• Strong knowledge of fitness and body mechanics to deliver safe and effective workouts.
• Demonstrated ability to design comprehensive fitness programs tailored to diverse populations.
• Excellent teaching skills with the ability to motivate and engage participants of all levels.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
