What are the responsibilities and job description for the Appleview Lunch/Recess Aide position at Sparta Area School District?
Hours:
Monday - Friday
11:00 am -1:00 pm
Supervises students in the cafeteria during meals.Circulates among the tables during mealtimes to be available to children who need help or to resolve problems that arise.
Informs administration of any serious infraction of discipline rules by students.
Observes students not eating lunch and calls it to the attention of the school nurse.
Ensures the cleanliness of tables and surrounding areas.
Assists in establishing, implementing, and supervising orderly disposal of food waste and dismissal from the cafeteria.
Supervises students on the playground and ensures students are being safe and following the rules.
Performs any other duties or responsibilities designated by the Principal.
