We’re currently hiring for Server, Door Host, Host, and Server Assistant positions.
Door Host
The Door Host sets the tone for the guest experience from the moment they arrive. This role is responsible for warmly welcoming guests and clearly setting expectations. As the first and last point of contact, the Door Host ensures every guest feels valued and leaves with a positive, lasting impression of Sparrow Italia.
Host
The Host position is the first impression our guests receive of our brand and are the beginning of providing exceptional guest experiences. The host is the designated point person for seating each section appropriately, managing reservations, and setting appropriate expectations of the guest. The Host is accountable for keeping the host area clean and organized, and providing warm, excellent experiences for our guests as they enter and exit our venue.
Server Assistant
The Server Assistant is a vital role for creating exceptional guest experiences. Server Assistants help the Server make sure every detail is taken care of. Server Assistants clear dirty flatware and glasses, assist with guest communication, and anticipate the needs of the guest to make sure the guest experience is seamless and exceptional.
Server
Servers are the direct link between the company and the guests. Servers are responsible for all aspects of the customer experience, not only for guests in their sections, but all guests they interact with while on the clock. Servers provide guests with all pertinent information about the establishment, its food and beverage offerings, as well as ensure guests have everything they need for a stellar experience. Servers go above and beyond for each guest and take on the added responsibility of ensuring all items are billed appropriately and payment is properly secured.
