This position enhances the overall guest experience by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and attentiveness while ensuring restroom areas remain safe and fully stocked.Responsibilities Greet guests and offer courteous assistance.Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor.Address guest requests and escalate concerns to management.Keep restrooms clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.Follow health, hygiene, and safety procedures.Replenish restroom supplies frequently.Help manage guest flow during busy periods.Provide directions or basic venue information to guests.Support restroom needs during special events and peak hours.QualificationsPrevious experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or guest-facing roles preferred.Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.Ability to remain professional in a fast-paced setting.Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
