Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and clean windows to ensure a spotless environment
- Sanitize surfaces, appliances, fixtures, and high-touch areas to promote health and safety
- Organize cleaning supplies and maintain equipment to ensure efficient operations
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Follow safety protocols and environmentally friendly cleaning practices at all times
- Complete cleaning checklists and report any maintenance issues or damages promptly
Qualifications
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidates
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable transportation or proximity to the work locations is a plus
