We are currently seeking a full-time Resource Coordinator for our West Jordan, UT Location.
The Resource Coordinator is a key member of our Implementation team, coordinating with Field Engineers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure a successful implementation.
Duties Include
Hourly Wage Negotiable based on skill level and experience. We are currently seeking a full-time Resource Coordinator for our West Jordan, UT Location.
The Resource Coordinator is a key member of our Implementation team, coordinating with Field Engineers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure a successful implementation.
Duties Include
- Review orders for accuracy and create service estimates
- Work directly with subcontractors, including negotiating subcontractor contracts, creating contract documents, reviewing subcontractor self-audits, maintaining records, and approving subcontractor invoices for payment
- Manage travel and expenses for Field Engineers
- Compile Project documentation (including SOWs, design proposals, etc.) for each project
- Maintain regional resource calendars and schedule onsite work
- Facilitate communication between subcontractors, Field Engineers, and the Implementation department
- Facilitate weekly update meetings with Regional Managers and Field Engineers
- Strong computer skills, SAP By Design experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Previous coordination experience preferred (1-2 years)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Strong desire to learn
