Overview: We seek a skilled Senior Bookkeeper to manage core financial functions, including reporting, analysis, tax compliance, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical accounting expertise and contribute to process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
- Perform complex account reconciliations
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for daily accounting and financial reporting.
- Conduct financial variance analysis and provide insights to management.
- Review and post journal entries related to loans, deposits, investments, and interest income/expenses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online Advanced and advanced Excel skills.
- Proven ability to analyze financial data and communicate findings effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
