Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead a website project from concept design, information architecture, user interface design, design and code development, final production, user testing, to preparation and finalization for launchCreate the architecture for and develop multi-tiered websites and applications with backend integration of database systemsPost content to Government Websites as directedPerform site and system maintenance on a monthly basis, including monthly link checksPerform usability studies on the existing and proposed sitesProvide business-time support to ensure the up-time of the sites, monitor the websites and correct any errors in a near real-time basisProvide analysis of web logs via software such as Google Analytics and provide reports as requested by the CORRequired Experience

With at least 10 years' experience with grants and council-related applicationsExperience with MVC 5, jQuery, K2 Blackpearl and BootstrapWith at least 5 years' experience with Drupal 8 / 9 in Azure, including DevOps automation with Behat / Cypress, Travis CI, and Jenkins / Azure DevOps PipelinesWith at least 5 years' experience with SharePoint 2016 / 2019Experience with claims-based authentication.Preferred Experience

Experience with Federal Health System.Education and Certifications

Master's degree. A Bachelor's degree and 2 years of additional related experience is acceptable in lieu of a Master's degree.

Maryland Pay Range

120,000-$150,000 USD
