ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of cloud and infrastructure resources across multiple environments.
- Monitor system health, availability, and performance and assist in troubleshooting infrastructure-related issues.
- Support cloud deployments, environment builds, and infrastructure integrations.
- Assist with Kubernetes-based platform administration and containerized environments.
- Participate in system maintenance activities, including patching, updates, and configuration management.
- Support infrastructure automation and Infrastructure-as-Code initiatives.
- Assist with incident response, root cause analysis, and operational support activities.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and configuration records.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Security, Application Development, and Operations teams to support platform stability and environment readiness.
- Apply cloud engineering best practices to improve reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- 3 years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or related technical roles.
- Experience supporting cloud-based and enterprise infrastructure environments.
- Experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration platforms.
- Knowledge of infrastructure architecture, networking, storage, and compute concepts.
- Experience troubleshooting infrastructure and cloud-related issues.
- Familiarity with automation, scripting, or Infrastructure-as-Code concepts.
- Experience working within Agile teams and operational support environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Candidates must have lived in the United States 3 out of the past 5 years
- Experience supporting CMS, Federal Government, or healthcare systems.
- Experience with AWS cloud services.
- Experience with container platforms such as Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Docker.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Experience with cloud monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud security and identity management concepts.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
