Key Responsibilities – Parts Counter Specialist:
- Assist retail customers, service technicians, and wholesale accounts with accurate parts lookup and ordering
- Maintain expert knowledge of Toyota OEM parts, accessories, and catalog systems
- Process parts orders, returns, special orders, and warranty parts
- Ensure parts are pulled, staged, and delivered efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stocking, labeling, and organization
- Answer phone and inâ€'person inquiries with professionalism and urgency
- Support the Parts Manager with daily operations as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous dealership or automotive parts counter experience required
- CDK and Toyota experience a plus!
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a highâ€'volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Reliable, professional, and teamâ€'oriented
