- Act as the main point of contact for all warehouse-related requests from the Sales Team.
- Coordinate and monitor warehouse requests from start to finish, ensuring timely progress and escalating issues as needed.
- Work with Warehouse and Configuration Managers to maintain an efficient workflow and meet customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Prioritize and assist the Configuration Team with order deadlines.
- Perform quality assurance checks for high-visibility projects and orders.
- Review and resolve issues with aging orders and inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels for fast-moving products and large-scale projects.
- Communicate proactively with Sales upon inventory delivery.
- Review daily ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) reports and help prioritize delivery receipts.
- Track and manage quality issues, identify root causes, and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate responses to meet customer requirements.
- Schedule and lead status meetings, track project activities, and draft documents for management review.
- Overtime may be required based on project deadlines or business needs.
- Minimum: High School Diploma 5 years of related experience
- Preferred: Associate’s Degree 2 years of related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Strong experience in task and project coordination with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Experience in warehouse wave planning and scheduling
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience supporting senior leadership and government contracts a plus
