This position is a direct hire role and it is fully onsite with no option of remote work. Responsibilities :
- Candidate Sourcing : Actively seek qualified applicants through job fairs, networking events, community outreach, and other channels.
- Candidate Screening : Evaluate resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Candidate Interviews : Conduct in-depth interviews (phone and in-person) with shortlisted candidates.
- Offer Negotiation : Guide candidates through the negotiation process to ensure mutually beneficial employment terms.
- Onboarding Support : Provide ongoing support to new hires to facilitate a smooth transition and successful integration.
- Recruitment Strategy : Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Performance Tracking : Monitor key hiring metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.
