Program Manager - NON-IT
Job Summary/Company:
Our client, an Economically Disadvantaged, Woman-Owned Small Business (8(a)), a trusted federal contractor providing comprehensive services including acquisition, administrative support, IT services, and program/financial management, is seeking an experienced, strategic Corporate Program Manager to oversee and lead a large Non-IT related government contract portfolio. This pivotal role involves high-level organizational leadership, strategic planning, contract oversight, and direct management of diverse, multi-location project teams to ensure superior service delivery and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Program Leadership & Oversight to include Program development and Performance Management
- Contract & Client Management to include Client Interfacing, Stakeholder Communication and Reporting
- Team & Personnel Management to include Team Leadership and Talent Supervision
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Bachelors degree OR higher in Business or related field AND Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)(required)
- 5 years of Program Management in Government Contracting industry including 3 years direct supervisory experience
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of varying types and complexity
- This position requires US Citizenship
- Advanced proficiency using MS Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, performance evaluation, and change management principles
- Prio experience supporting and interfacing with Senior Executive Stakeholders.
