HR Assistant

• Accurately enter and update employee data (new hires, changes, terminations) in the HRIS, conduct routine data audits, and generate standard HR reports.

• Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, conduct candidate communications, and manage background checks and offer letters.

• Answer general employee inquiries, maintain confidential personnel files, assist with payroll/benefits updates, and support HR projects as needed

• 1–3 years of experience in an HR or recruitment support role.

• Strong proficiency with HRIS software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Proven accuracy and efficiency in high-volume data entry.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets).

• Strong communication skills and strict adherence to confidentiality.

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).

Pay Range: Hourly $30.00 to $30.00
