Aircraft Painter

Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a leading aviation manufacturer seeking an Aircraft Painter for an indefinite contract. Responsibilities

• Prepare all surfaces for paint by sanding, masking, filling, washing and removal of dents.
• Apply corrosive preventative treatments, primers, and finish coats of special Material.
• Complete Aircraft for customer acceptance by brush touch-up, cleaning striping lines and removal of overspray
  
  

Qualifications/Background Profile

• Minimum of two (2) years of Painting and Paint preparation on metal and composite/fiberglass components.
• Able to read and work from blue prints and Bills of material (BOM) to ensure proper coatings are applied IAW Technical Data.
• Familiarity with common aviation type tooling.
