Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for our utility client and their customers.
- Coordinate, schedule, and prioritize daily field operations and resources.
- Visit multiple jobsites daily (approximately 80% field, 20% office — much of the office work can be
- Manage both internal crews and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to

- Order and track materials, jobsite purchases, and costs associated with specific projects.

- Experience in construction, excavation, utilities, or landscaping industries.
- Strong field experience (required); supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, stay calm under pressure, and build strong relationships.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a willingness to learn new tools and technology.
- CDL, OSHA training, electrical qualification, or DOT medical card are preferred but not required.
