We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaning Specialists to perform cleanings across Milledgeville, GA, and surrounding areas. Role Overview

You will represent Sparkora Cleaning on the front lines by delivering high-quality residential and office cleaning services throughout Milledgeville, GA, and surrounding areas. This hands-on role involves following detailed checklists, using eco-conscious products, and ensuring a positive experience for every client. You’ll work independently or in small teams, communicating with the operations lead or the business owner as needed.

A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle are required. Work-related mileage will be reimbursed at the current IRS standard rate.

Schedule & Working Hours

• Part-time role with flexible hours — you set your availability
• Typical shifts are 3–6 hours, scheduled (starting) between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
• Weekday availability required; weekend availability is a strong plus
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Perform residential and small office cleanings using Sparkora Cleaning’s detailed checklists
• Complete light to deep cleaning tasks such as wiping surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, emptying trash, and tidying designated areas
• Use company-provided eco-friendly products safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols
• Assess each space upon arrival, prioritize tasks, and tailor the service to meet client preferences or specific requests
• Deliver professional, respectful, and consistent service that reflects Sparkora Cleaning’s high standards
• Work independently or in small teams with minimal supervision
• Build and maintain positive client relationships through reliable, courteous service
• Communicate supply needs, job updates, or client concerns to the operations lead
• Transport cleaning supplies and equipment between job sites (provided by Sparkora Cleaning)
• Follow up on client concerns promptly and professionally
• Accurately log job progress using our mobile cleaning app
• Take initiative to exceed client expectations and help us reimagine what clean looks like
  
  

Qualifications & Ideal Candidates

• Are based in or near Milledgeville, GA
• Are 18 and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Have a High School Diploma or GED
• Have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle
• Are punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Are physically able to lift and carry 25 lbs, stand for long periods, kneel, and climb stairs
• Are self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize tasks
• Can work independently or in small teams with minimal supervision
• Communicate professionally and respectfully
• Are comfortable using a mobile scheduling or cleaning app (training provided)
• Have prior professional experience in cleaning/janitorial services
• Are willing to undergo a background check
  
  

Compensation Structure & Bonuses

• Commission-based pay per completed job
• Most cleaners earn an average of $18–$24/hour equivalent once fully onboarded and trained, excluding tips and mileage reimbursement
• Tips: 100% yours
• Mileage reimbursement: $0.70 per mile for all work-related driving between job sites
