Job Responsibilities:
- Clean residential properties
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Cleaning bathrooms and kitchens thoroughly
- Following company cleaning checklists and standards
- Maintaining a professional and friendly attitude with clients
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Drivers License
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Punctual and dependable
- Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required(we provide training)
Experience
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers, vacuums, and carpet cleaners efficiently.
- Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying cleanliness needs is proffered but not mandatory.
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift up to 40 pounds, and move throughout shifts comfortably.
- Time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to chemical handling and equipment use is advantageous but not required.
