What You’ll Do

• Clean residential homes (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas)
• Deliver high-quality service with care and attention to detail
• Communicate professionally with clients when needed
• Travel between homes using your own vehicle
• Follow our proven cleaning systems and standards
• Stay flexible — schedules may shift slightly day-to-day

This is hands-on, physical work — you’ll be moving, bending, and cleaning real homes (including those with pets and everyday messes).

What You’ll Need

• Reliable transportation (your own vehicle, not shared)
• Valid driver’s license ability to pass a background check
• Comfortable working around pets (dogs & cats are part of the job!)
• Ability to lift ~20 lbs and stay active throughout the day
• Non-smoker during work hours (including equipment in vehicle)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting at $16/hour - raised to $17.25 after 3 months based on performance
