Approximately 25 hours per week
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across various commercial facilities. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, ensuring that our clients’ spaces are safe, hygienic, and presentable. Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and contribute to a professional cleaning team.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces including offices, restrooms, lobbies, and common areas
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces to meet cleanliness standards
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely
- Follow established safety protocols and procedures during all cleaning activities
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all tasks
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures is a plus
- Ability to handle cleaning equipment safely and responsibly
