We are looking for a highly motivated Car Wash Assistant Manager to join our team at our Knoxville, TN location!
Sparkling Image Car Wash is one of the nation’s largest full-service car wash companies, operating full-service car washes, detail centers & lube centers under Sparkling Image, Eager Beaver and Sparkling Image Express Oil Change brands.
This is an outdoor full-time hourly position with a monthly Bonus Program.
Qualifications:
- Enjoy working outdoors with high energy.
- Open schedule availability with full time hours including weekends.
- Outgoing personality with ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong people and conflict resolutions skills.
- Desire to grow and develop professionally within the company.
- Must be 18 to apply.
- A valid state drivers license

Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage high volume activity in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
- Assist with monitoring speed, quality, and maintaining service standards.
- Constant employee delegations on tasks and follow through on results.
- Responsible for overall store safety, cleanliness, and employee performance.
- Lead a large group of employees each day while setting high expectations.
- Provide a timely impressive service experience for our customers.
