We are looking for an Assistant Manager Car Wash to add to our team in Hollywood, FL. This is an exciting position to operate our Sparkling Image Car Wash and a full detail shop.

Sparkling Image Car Wash is one of the nation’s largest car wash companies, operating full service car washes, detail centers & lube centers under Sparkling Image, Eager Beaver and Mobil 1 Lube Express brands.

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely provide an excellent service experience for our customers
• Oversee and manage daily operation of the total operations with profit and loss responsibility
• Responsible for overall store safety, cleanliness, employee orientation, performance management, training, and inventory

We are looking for candidates who:

• Desire to manage high volume activity in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Exercise hands on leadership
• Have a strong desire to drive revenue through customer service concepts

Job Qualifications:

• Desire and drive to learn new concepts
• Minimum of 3-5-year experience of management experience
• Car wash experience (preferred)
• Set goals and make things happen
• Experience in a position that dealt with customer’s face to face
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Strong work ethic and motivation
• A valid state driver’s license
• Must be 18 to apply
