- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Maintain floors through proper care techniques including sweeping, scrubbing, carpet cleaning, and floor polishing
- Ensure all areas are sanitized according to health standards, including kitchens and bathrooms
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction with every visit
- Manage cleaning supplies inventory and report any maintenance or supply needs promptly
- Assist with light cooking or meal prep if required by clients to enhance their overall experience
Qualifications
- Prior experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable
- Knowledge of floor care techniques, sanitation procedures, and carpet cleaning methods
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
