We don’t do boring paychecks—we do REAL earning potential! Here’s how you’ll level up your income at Sparkling Homes:
1. Starting Strong: Training & Base Pay
Training Pay: While you’re learning the ropes—attending meetings, doing shadowing, and mastering our Sparkling standards—you’ll earn $16 per hour. Training typically lasts about 2 weeks, though timelines can vary slightly depending on progress.
Graduation Boost: Once you complete training, you'll move into our Pay‑for‑Performance model, aligned with Job Ticket Hours—that’s the time you're actively working on-site in client homes.
2. Pay-for-Performance: Work More, Earn More!
After training, your pay is based on how many Job Ticket Hours you work each week. The more you clean, the more you earn.
- 0–23 Job Ticket Hours = $19/hour
- 24–33 Job Ticket Hours = $23/hour
- 34 Job Ticket Hours = $28/hour
This resets every Monday, so each week starts fresh!
3. What Are Job Ticket Hours?
Job Ticket Hours are the hours you spend actively cleaning inside clients’ homes, per the scheduling system’s estimated job times.
They don’t include drive time, meetings, or training—just your on-site cleaning time. The more hours you rack up each week, the higher your hourly pay tier.
4. Mileage Reimbursement
We know you're on the move between homes—which is why you’ll receive $0.45 per mile for driving between job sites during your workday.
You’re responsible for tracking and submitting your mileage: simply record each leg between homes and submit it through our standard reporting process.
(Note: commute to the first job and drive home after the last don’t qualify.)

- Work independently but stay connected via Discord.
- Clock in/out using GPS tracking (no guessing games!).
