We are seeking a dedicated Construction Cleaner to join our team. Duties
- Perform general cleaning of construction sites, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure safety and efficiency
- Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, polishing, and stripping floors as needed
- Assist with custodial tasks including window cleaning and surface sanitation
- Support facilities maintenance activities, including minor repairs and upkeep of site amenities
- Follow safety protocols related to industrial cleaning and construction site operations
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are used efficiently and stored properly
- Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate cleaning schedules without disrupting ongoing work
Qualifications
- Prior experience in janitorial, custodial, or industrial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing and stripping floors
- Experience in commercial or residential painting is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance and general upkeep tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environment
- Ability to work independently and follow safety guidelines diligently
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable transportation is preferred for site access
