Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Professional to join our team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning products as needed
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, including vacuums, steam cleaners, and other tools
- Follow specific client instructions to meet individual cleaning requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to health and safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment
Experience
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes
- Good communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting up to 25 pounds, and performing repetitive motions
