We’re a growing e-commerce company with a warehouse in Pennsylvania, looking for a reliable, motivated team member to join our warehouse team. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to take on more responsibility and grow into a leadership position over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day warehouse operations
- Ensure accuracy, efficiency and consistency across warehouse workflows
- Assist with computer-based tasks and tracking
- Support and guide other team members when needed
- Follow established procedures while contributing to continuous improvement as processes evolve
Qualifications & Experience
- Prior warehouse experience required
- Previous experience leading or supervising team members
- Good computer skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Energetic, professional, and team-oriented
- Motivated to grow with the company
- Able to follow direction while taking initiative
